I’m a content strategist and digital creator working with clients big and small to tell their brand stories and attract large audiences. From designing sites to planning editorial calendars, writing captivating articles, and providing innovative strategies to increase traffic and revenue, I offer a best-in-class set of skills.

Throughout my career, I’ve interviewed thousands of celebrities, MDs, PhDs, lifestyle experts, and women and men for stories related to health, food, fitness, relationships, travel, beauty, fashion, pop culture, and breaking news.
I’ve hosted a national podcast called “Single, Swipe, Repeat” for Cosmopolitan and Tinder, and starred in several original video series for Women’s Health. I’ve appeared as a guest on national TV, podcast, and radio shows, including Barstool Sports’s Schnitt Talk, Fox & Friends, Pix11 News, Evine, and BetterTV.
I founded Après Surf, an Instagram-based blog celebrating female wave chasers and boss waterwomen, ocean conservation, and sustainable living. I also co-founded em magazine, a print magazine based in Boston, MA, which continues to be produced and published by Emerson College students.
